Laura spent six years at Zillow Group, rising to National Business Development Manager and playing a central role in building what became one of the company's most profitable divisions: Zillow Rentals. She was an early team member at RentJuice, a rental marketplace startup acquired by Zillow in 2012 while she was there, and helped shape the multifamily monetization strategy that transformed the business. In 2015, she rang the opening bell at the Nasdaq Stock Market.

After Zillow, she consulted for SOCi, a fast-scaling digital marketing platform for enterprise brands, and has advised multiple high-growth startups on go-to-market strategy. Her career spans real estate technology, luxury property sales, enterprise business development, and startup growth: from ground floor to publicly traded company.
