Experience Meets
Structure.

Two perspectives. One mission: help you see what's holding you back — and build what moves you forward.

Eddie McGeorge

The Operator

Eddie McGeorge

Eddie McGeorge is not a consultant by background — he is a lifelong operator who built his experience through pressure, responsibility, and real-world decision-making.

His story begins far from the boardroom. At just 13 years old, Eddie was forced to leave home and learn how to survive on his own. He worked multiple jobs, ran miles each day to get where he needed to go, and developed a level of discipline and resilience that cannot be taught — only lived.

That early foundation shaped the way he approaches business: direct, accountable, and grounded in reality.

Before entering business full-time, Eddie competed at an elite athletic level. He was a dominant multi-sport athlete, competing in high-level track and field events, including the decathlon, during the same era as Olympic champion Bruce Jenner. He also spent time sparring with Muhammad Ali — an experience that reinforced his understanding of discipline, pressure, and performance at the highest level.

These experiences were not separate from business — they became the foundation for how he operates.

Eddie eventually stepped into the family RV business under extreme circumstances. At one point, he was given just 60 days to secure $1.6 million to retain control of the company — with no collateral and no safety net. After being turned down repeatedly, one bank chose to believe in him. He secured the funding, paid it off in just two and a half years, and began scaling the business aggressively.

Under Eddie's leadership, the business grew from approximately $1.5 million in annual revenue into one of the highest-volume RV dealerships in the country, with more than $25 billion in total revenue over his career and recognition as the #1 RV dealer in the world.

After more than 40 years of growth and sustained performance, the company was acquired by Camping World, the largest RV retail network in the United States.

What makes Eddie different is not just what he built — it's how he thinks.

Today, Eddie works with companies at every stage — starting out, growing fast, or stuck at a ceiling. What makes him different is his real-world experience, his creative ability to think outside the box, and his motivation to help owners see what they are missing so they can move to the next level.

He does not teach theory. He identifies truth.

“Where Eddie identifies the problem, Laura builds the framework to solve it.”

The Strategist

Laura McGeorge

Laura Spohr McGeorge brings a complementary but equally powerful background rooted in enterprise growth, strategic development, and revenue system design.

With nearly two decades of experience across real estate, technology, and high-growth platforms, Laura has built her career inside companies where scale is not optional — it is engineered.

She began her path in real estate technology at RentJuice, a pioneering rental marketplace platform. As an Account Executive, she developed deep expertise in rental marketing, agency relationships, and digital lead generation within the real estate space.

When RentJuice was acquired by Zillow Group, Laura transitioned into what would become one of the most formative chapters of her career.

From 2012 to 2018, she held multiple senior roles at Zillow, including National Business Development Manager and National Account Executive for the Rentals division.

During this time, she played a key role in shaping the direction of Zillow's Rentals vertical — now one of the company's most profitable business segments.

Laura was instrumental in helping develop the strategy that led to Zillow's multifamily monetization model. This included identifying the opportunity to partner directly with the multifamily housing industry and helping build the framework that turned Rentals into a scalable, revenue-generating engine.

In 2015, she was selected to ring the opening bell at the Nasdaq Stock Market — a recognition of her contributions during a critical growth phase for the company.

Following her time at Zillow, Laura transitioned into consulting, advising emerging technology companies on go-to-market strategy, business development, and growth execution.

She worked with companies such as SOCi, Inc., a digital marketing platform for multi-location brands, contributing during a key stage of expansion.

Her experience spans enterprise sales, product influence, operational strategy, and revenue system design — giving her a unique ability to bring structure to businesses that are growing without clarity.

She focuses on creating scalable systems, refining go-to-market strategy, aligning revenue generation with operational structure, and preparing businesses to grow without breaking.
